The Pavilion at Westminster Field

Proposed Refreshment Kiosk Invitation for Representations and Expressions of Interest

Notice is hereby given that Horton Kirby South Darenth Parish Council are considering entering into a commercial agreement for the operation of a refreshment kiosk from the kitchen area within the Recreation Ground Pavilion.

In accordance with the Council’s statutory duties relating to transparency, fair procurement, and the use of community assets, the Council is inviting:

1. Representations from residents and stakeholders regarding the proposed use of the Pavilion kitchen for this purpose; and
2. Expressions of Interest from individuals or businesses wishing to be considered for the operation of the kiosk.

All representations and tenders must be submitted in writing and received by 31st July 2026
