Westminster Field is proudly owned and maintained by Horton Kirby & South Darenth Parish Council. To ensure the football pitches and green spaces are used fairly, safely, and responsibly, all individuals or teams must book in advance with the Parish Clerk.

📝 Why Booking Is Required

• To ensure the park is used appropriately and respectfully
• To avoid disruption to other park users
• To reassure residents that trainers and organisers are operating legitimately
• To protect the quality of the pitches, which are maintained with funding from the Football Association (FA)

⚠️ Important Guidelines

• FA-affiliated teams must obtain permission and may be subject to a hire charge
• All users must provide:
  • ✅ A valid DBS certificate (if applicable)
  • ✅ Proof of Public Liability Insurance
  • ✅ Signed Terms & Conditions as set out by the Parish Council

Unauthorised groups or clubs may be asked to leave

• £20 per hour
