Bins in Horton Kirby & South Darenth

Sevenoaks District Council are responsible for emptying the public black bins in Horton Kirby & South Darenth with the Parish Council topping this up during the summer months.
Until January this year, SDC employed 1 person to empty just dog bins. Now that they have done away with this service, the remaining crews are struggling to keep up with their schedules, as many of you will have noticed.
If you spot that a bin is overflowing, please report using this link:
SDC will be replacing the missing double bins by the Pavilion in Westminster field and the rusty dog bin on the footpath by the picnic area.
I've also notified them that the black bin by the football fence/goal on Shrubbery Road disappeared last month and that should also be replaced.
Please note that all SDC black bins are 'dual' waste (rubbish and dog poop).
The dog bin that was on the footpath that runs between the lakes in Devon Road, is just over the 'border' and should be reported to Dartford Borough Council as missing.
