We’ve been made aware of concerning reports about young people using catapults to target birds in the district.

While many of these incidents are being discussed on Facebook, unfortunately they are not being reported directly to the Police. For us to build an accurate picture and take appropriate action, we need your help.

Please report all incidents to the Police using one of the following methods:

• Call 101

• Use Live Chat at www.kent.police.uk

• Submit a report via the Online Reporting tool

When making a report, please include:

1. Time and location of the incident

2. Whether you have CCTV or photographic evidence (Yes or No)

3. Whether you expect or do not expect a call/a direct response back from Police

Please don’t assume someone else has reported it—your information could make a difference.

Thank you for your support.

Kind Regards,

PC Collins
