Sevenoaks District Council have the power to issue a Penalty Charges Notice (PCN) for vehicles that have parked on double yellow lines, too close to a road junction, general obstruction etc.

You may be able to upload photos of the offending vehicle.

In the event of an emergency or if a vehicle is causing a dangerous obstruction, please call Kent Police on 101 or 999.
